Hi and welcome!
I'm a small hobbyist breeder and all round animal lover based in Southsea, Hampshire, UK.
I've been breeding since 2009 and usually have about 4 to 6 litters per year (various sizes and colours) between March and August. I mainly breed pure mini-lops and mini-lop cross lionhead rabbits.
All of my rabbits live in large outdoor hutches, are well cared for and loved very much. All have lovely temperaments (yet different personalities), are handled regularly and are used to children, other animals and various day-to-day disturbances.
My baby bunnies are generally ready to go to new homes between 6 to 8 weeks of age. Some little ones develop slower than others, so no infant will leave their Mummy until I am completely satisfied that it is ready to do so (ie: fully weaned, eating solids, drinking from dispenser and is a healthy weight).
All rabbits come with a bunny birth certificate, a care sheet and a bag of their regular food to keep them going for a few days, so new owners can gradually make the transition to their own required diet for them, without them getting any sort of stomach upsets.
Please be aware that this is not a money making business. All proceeds made from sales are soaked back into the general care and upkeep of my adults (ie: food, bedding & vet bills, etc).
