• Viewing is by appointment only.
• No rabbit will be sold to anyone under the age of 18 years.    
• I cannot 100% guarantee the gender of a rabbit until at least it's 5-6 weeks old.
• After any sale, I cannot accept responsibility for any death or injury of a rabbit.
• A £10 deposit (non-refundable) is required to secure the bunny of your choice.  The outstanding balance will be payable upon collection in cash.
• If you require us to hold your rabbit for more than 2 weeks, then we will ask for full payment up front.  
• If you do not collect your new addition on the date/time arranged, then you will lose your deposit and the bunny will be re-advertised for sale.
• In view of the welfare of the animal being of paramount importance, we reserve the right to decline a sale to anyone we feel may not be making a responsible purchase.
